James Kelly

Since forming Leverty Consulting LLC, Jim has served as an arbitrator on many insurance related disputes. He has been appointed by both the insurer and insured on contested matters involving first party property claims. Jim has also participated in numerous mediations and has served as a mediator in Maryland and District of Columbia courts. He has also provided litigation advice and has prepared opinions on coverage and extra-contractual issues for his clients.
